انطباق‌پذیری و استفاده مجدد از میراث صنعتی به مثابه تداوم هویت شهری؛ کارخانه سالامبورسازی تبریز و کارخانه چرم‌سازی ایگوالادا اسپانیا

چکیده
بازشناسی میراث صنعتی به مثابه بخشی از فرآیند طراحی شهری و حفاظت از آثار میراث معماری ضروری تلقی می‌شود. این موضوع تنها به کارخانه‌های شاخص محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه تمام سازه‌ها و عناصری که به نحوی با فعالیت‌های صنعتی در ارتباط هستند را شامل می‌شود. یک مکان در واقع جزیی از فرهنگی است که، به مرور زمان معانی خاصی را به آن فضا بخشیده است. این موضوع غیرقابل‌انکار است که در ساختار کلی شهر، حفاظت میراث صنعتی یکی از مهمترین جنبه‌های حفظ هویت فرهنگی آن شهر محسوب می‌شود که می‌تواند سبب ارتقای هویت فرهنگی جامعه شود. انطباق‌پذیری و استفاده مجدد تطبیقی شایع‌ترین و پایدارترین راهبرد موثر برای حفاظت و توسعه توامان میراث معماری صنعتی است که بستر را برای حفظ هویت شهری و افزایش حس تعلق به مکان فراهم می‌کند. در مطالعه حاضر، اسناد و نظریه‌های مرتبط با بهره‌گیری از راهبرد استدلال منطقی و تحلیل محتوا مورد بازخوانی و واکاوی و در ادامه کارخانه سالامبورسازی تبریز و کارخانه ایگوالادا در اسپانیا به‌صورت مطالعه تطبیقی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار می‌گیرند. یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که استفاده مجدد تطبیقی از کارخانه چرم‌سازی ایگوالادا در اسپانیا ضمن حفظ ارزش‌های صنعتی بنا منجر به تداوم هویت شهری نیز شده است. اتفاقی که برای کارخانه سالامبورسازی تبریز به واسطه عدم توجه به ارزش‌های ذاتی اثر و انطباق کاربری مناسب به این بنا رخ نداده و باعث کمرنگ‌شدن نقش این بنا در راستای تداوم هویت شهری شده است.
