چهارچوب فرآیند ارزیابی میراث معماری معاصر و بررسی آن در آثار ایران

چکیده
اهداف: در حفاظت از آثار دارای اهمیت فرهنگی، شناسایی و ارزیابی گام پایه و به عبارتی نخستین گام در این عرصه به شمار می‌رود. با توجه به ویژگی‌های خاص میراث معماری معاصر، وجود چارچوب و مدلی برای فرآیند این ارزیابی ضروری و مؤثر می‌نماید. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه چارچوب پیشنهادی بر مبنای فعالیت‌ها، اسناد و پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این زمینه در بستر جهانی است.

روش‌ها: این پژوهش از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و بر پایه استدلال منطقی شکل گرفته و در آن سه حوزه ثبت، شناسایی و ارزیابی آثار مدرن بررسی و چارچوب پیشنهادی بر پایه آن ارائه شده است.

یافته‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر، ضمن بررسی فعالیت‌ها و پژوهش‌های انجام شده، معیارهای مؤثر بر ثبت جهانی میراث معاصر حاصل از جنبش مدرن، چارچوب‌های شناسایی تماتیک تاریخی این آثار و روشی برای ارزیابی آثار و بناهای این دوران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در پایان، بر پایه این موارد، مدل و چارچوب پیشنهادی فرآیند ارزیابی میراث معماری معاصر ارائه شده است. همچنین کاربرد آن در دامنه‌ای از آثار ایران بررسی شده است.

نتیجه‌گیری: وجود چارچوب فرآیند ارزیابی میراث معماری معاصر، امکان تدقیق و تسهیل در ارزیابی، شناسایی و ثبت این آثار را فراهم می‌آورد. چنین چارچوبی، با توجه به ماهیت معماری معاصر و اشتراکات آن در بستر جهانی، امکان تدوین در این بستر به عنوان چارچوبی کلی را داراست، ضمن اینکه لازم است قابلیت تطبیق و سازگاری با شرایط هر کشور یا منطقه را بر پایه ویژگی‌های تاریخی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی آن دارا باشد.
