تبیین مدل نظری جایگاه معماری در ارتقاء کیفیت‌های کالبدی فضاهای عمومی به‌مثابه میراث شهری معاصر

چکیده
اهداف: فضاهای عمومی شهری که در تجربه­های قرن اخیر شهرسازی ایران شکل‌گرفته‌اند، بخشی از حافظه تمدنی معاصر و بستر زیست اجتماعی شهری پس از تحولات مدرنیته هستند. معماری به عنوان یک مؤلفه شهری، پیوسته جایگاهی مؤثر بر کیفیت فضاهای عمومی و ارتقاء مدنیت در آن ­ها داشته که در دهه­های اخیر به دلایلی نظیر غلبه بعد اقتصادی فضا و فرهنگ مصرف­ گرایی، این نقش کمرنگ شده است. هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدلی نظری در جهت تبیین جایگاه معماری در ارتقاء کیفیات کالبدی فضاهای عمومی است.

روش ­ها: پژوهش در قالب منطق پارادایمی اثبات­گرایی، رابطه علت و معلولی میان عناصر معماری و کیفیات کالبدی فضای عمومی را بررسی کرده و با روشی توصیفی-تحلیلی به ارائه طرح نظری منسجم در این ارتباط می­ پردازد.

یافته ­ها: نظام کالبدی شهر در سه مقیاس کلان، میانی و خرد مورد خوانش قرار می­گیرد. مقیاس خرد مربوط به چگونگی ایفای نقش معماری در کیفیت کالبدی فضاهای عمومی است. این نقش معماری از طریق پنج دسته کلی از عناصر کالبدی یعنی پیکره، توده و فضا دیالکتیک درون و بیرون، اندازه فضا، و مؤلفه‌های فضا صورت پذیرفته که به‌طور مستقیم بر سه دسته کلی از کیفیات کالبدی فضاهای عمومی یعنی ماهیت عناصر (دسترسی و انعطاف­پذیری)، روابط میان عناصر (محصوریت، پیوستگی، تحرک) و سکانس­بندی (توالی، سلسله­مراتب، و تضاد و تباین) تأثیر می­گذارد.

نتیجه ­گیری: معماری و فضای عمومی دو میراث مهم شهری معاصر هستند که در نظمی هم­پیوند بر یکدیگر تأثیرگذارند. بیان هویت شهر، در گرو برقراری نسبتی متناسب و صحیح بین نظام کالبدی معماری و کیفیت زیست اجتماعی در شهر است.
