سامانه‌های میانوند درون شهری و همپیوندی میراث صنعتی و شهر؛ نمونه مطالعه: محلات تاریخی همدان

چکیده
اهداف:

رابطه قوی میان مکان و جامعه، گواه شکل گیری حیات اجتماعی پایدار در فضای درون شهری است. مساله اصلی اینجاست که امروز خانه های تاریخی، به عنوان بخشی از میراث معماری معاصر؛ و کارخانه های به عنوان بخشی از میراث معماری صنعتی؛ نتوانسته اند در بافت پیرامون خود تلفیق شوند. هدف اصلی پژوهش تدوین رویکرد توسعه مکان-‌بنیان است. بر اساس فرضیه پژوهش، میان عوامل اقتصادی، ساختاری، همگانی و محیطی در فضای میانوند محلات تاریخی و پایداری آن ها رابطه معناداری برقرار است.

روش ها:

به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، با روش استدلال منطقی و تحلیل محتوایی-کیفی بافت مراکز محلات، روند تحلیل و آنالیز پیش می‌رود. این پژوهش بر آن است که با مطالعات کیفی شاخص‌های برآمده از رویکرد توسعه مکان-‌بنیان، در راستای حرکت به سمت معماری سرآمد، اثرگذاری فضای واسط در دینامیسم درون‌شهری را مورد بررسی قرار داده، با بهره مندی از نظرات مشارکت‌کنندگان به ارزیابی میزان تأثیرگذاری سنجه‌های مؤثر بپردازد. سه چمن (مرکز محله) بررسی شده، از میان محله‌های تاریخی و واجد ارزش و معاصرسازی شده همدان انتخاب شده است.

یافته ها:

تحلیل تعامل عناصر به جای مانده از میراث گذشته همدان، با تأکید بر نظریه توسعه مکان-بنیان، نشان داد که پیوند دوباره عناصر شهری با یکدیگر اهمیت ویژه ای دارد و از بارزترین شاخصه‌های اثربخش در فضاهای میانوند است.

نتیجه گیری:

بر اساس رویکرد توسعه مکان-بنیان، در ابعاد فضای میانی، چیدمان فضایی و تنوع عملکرد اقتصادی و زیرساختارهای حیات اجتماعی-فرهنگی در بافت درون‌شهری چمن، نقش فزاینده‌ای در سرزندگی محلات و ایجاد دینامیسم پایدار دارند.
