آزمایشگاه زنده شهری به مثابه روشی برای گذار فرهنگی به معاصرسازی پایدار؛ نمونه موردی: محله جماران

چکیده
اهداف: تحقق تغییرات تحول آفرین برای گذار به توسعه پایدار، نیازمند نهادینه شدن پیکره بندی‌های فعلی و تبیین راهکارهای جدید است. فرضیه پژوهش با اتکا به اصل مجموعیت در معماری منظر، بیان می دارد که پیاده سازی آزمایشگاه زنده شهری با استفاده از پتانسیل های منظر آیینی، تسهیل فرآیندهای گذار به سوی پایداری فرهنگی و در نتیجه معاصرسازی سبز را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

روش‌ها: آزمایشگاه زنده شهری به عنوان بستری برای استفاده از ظرفیت تجربه زیسته شهروندان و تحقق مشارکت، شناسایی می شوند. پژوهش ضمن مرور مبانی نظری پایداری فرهنگی به تبیین منظر آیینی به مثابه منظر روزمره می پردازد. سپس با مطالعه محله جماران، مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته با ذی نفوذان توسعه در محله جماران، به روش تئوری زمینه ای ترتیب می دهد. پس از آن با تطبیق مقوله های حاصل از کدگذاری گفتمان های مصاحبه با نتایج خوانش بستر و تحلیل آن ها، نظریه پردازی انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: داده‌های استخراجی در محله جماران، موجب شناسایی مقوله هایی شد که نقش آزمایشگاه های زنده شهری را به عنوان ساختارهایی در بستر زیست روزمره ساکنین مورد تأیید قرار دادند. الگویی که در بهره‌گیری از پتانسیل‌های منظر آیینی، به منظور تسهیل گذار به توسعه پایدار و در نتیجه معاصرسازی سبز، کارایی خود را نشان داد.

نتیجه‌گیری: پیاده سازی آزمایشگاه زنده با به رسمیت شناختن مشارکت و تصمیم سازی افراد محلی، به واسطه منظر آیینی به عنوان امری فرهنگی، موجب تسهیل فرآیندهای گذار به معاصرسازی پایدار است. همچنین، تأثیرات آزمایشگاه زنده شهری بر بازشناخت ویژگی‌های بومی بستر قابل تأمل است.
