مقایسه انتقادی نظریه معاصرسازی در تجارب جهانی کیفیت بخشی به بافت های کهن شهری

چکیده
اهداف: نظریه معاصرسازی امروزه به عنوان به یکی از جدیدترین نظریه ها، کاربرد معماری معاصر در فرآیند اقدام در بافت­های باارزش فرهنگی و تاریخی را پیشنهاد می دهد. چالش برانگیزترین موضوع در این میان، شناسایی تفاوت ها و شباهت های این نظریه، با سایر نظرات رقیب و تحلیل نقاط قوت و ضعف آن است. هدف اصلی پژوهش، بازخوانی نظریه معاصرسازی برای کیفیت بخشی به بافت های کهن از طریق در تجربه ارزش آفرینی برای میراث معماری معاصر است.

روش ها: راهبرد تحقیق حاضر، راهبرد استدلال منطقی است. روش تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی است که از تاکتیک مقایسه تطبیقی برای پیشبرد مراحل تحقیق استفاده می شود. چارچوب نظری پژوهش، ترکیبی از نظریه معماری سرآمد و نظریه معاصرسازی از این رو، پژوهش با مقایسه تطبیقی نظریات رقیب، به تحلیل و بازخوانی نقاط قوت و ضعف نظریه معاصرسازی می پردازد.

یافته ها: تحلیل یافته های پژوهش در دو حوزه شامل حوزه نظام فرمی (کالبدی – ساختاری) و نظام محتوایی (1- اقتصادی، 2- اجتماعی و 3- زیست محیطی) نشان می دهد که نظریه معاصرسازی می تواند بهتر از نظریه های رقیب مانند بازسازی، نوسازی، بهسازی و بازآفرینی؛ در مقوله کیفیت بخشی به بافت های تاریخی و فرهنگی عمل کرده، کیفیت زندگی ساکنان را افزایش دهد.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که نظریه معاصرسازی با تاکید بر رویکردهای طراحانه و ارزش های معماری معاصر، باعث افزایش کیفیت به بافت های تاریخی و فرهنگی شود؛ همراه با تاکید همزمان بر نظام فرمی و نظام محتوایی.
